STS Sprayers

STS Solution Capacity

The 1200-gallon STS 12 already boasted the highest solution capacity in the field. With the all-new STS 16's 1600-gallon capacity, coupled with a 150-gallon fuel tank, get ready to settle in for a long day of spraying. The variable-speed Hypro® centrifugal pump and a GPS-ready Raven spray controller delivers - whether you're blanket spraying or applying variable-rate. Even at the end of the day, there's no need to leave the comfort of your cab to rinse. The STS carries a 100-gallon freshwater rinse system controlled from inside cab - so you're not exposed to chemicals unnecessarily.
  • The variable rate sparge agitation system continually mixes the spray solution to ensure even application.
  • Stainless steel or poly tanks are available on STS 10 model.
  • A 36-gallon "live-air" foam marker system keeps you from overlapping rows if you're not using a guidance system.
  • A convenient platform gives you easy front-to-back access.
  • A ground-level, 3-inch Quick-Fill fill nozzle features a dedicated solution pump that allows operators to fill at twice the rate of competitive sprayers, so you spend less time filling up and more time in the field.
  • The cab rinse system allows you to rinse the entire spray system or just the booms from the comfort of your cab. Unlike most "back-boomer" machines that require you to change a maze of hand valve "out-side" the cab.
  • Feeding the boom system you'll find a Hypro 9306C centrifugal pump capable of up to 214 GPM of flow or sustained pressures of over 80 PSI.
